I am a single dad living with my daughter 15 years of age. My older one has moved out and so I now have this available.
You have your own private FRIDGE included downstairs in the kitchen; the furnisher can be exchanged.
I prefer professional or student. Discretion and respect as well as cleanliness is important. I prefer that my daughter looks up to you, she is missing her sister not being in the house.
I have two "House Cats": Minou and Cloudy are declawed, spaded, and neutered, and are not allowed out on the street, absolutely adorable and friendly.
My guests love them as my cats are used to many visitors.

Presently for 2009-2010 season, the upstairs is rented to two JAPANESE students who shall be staying till May 31st, 2010
