Amenities include high-speed Internet connection, cable TV connection, heat, electricity, hot water, brand new semi-private bathroom with whirlpool bath, free laundry facilities, and access to a large private deck and garden.
Located in NDG, which is a quiet residential suburb, this home is 30 minutes from downtown Montreal by public transport or bike path. There are 3 different bus routes (#51, 103, 66) which are a two-minute walk from the house.
10-minutes from Concordia Universities Loyola campus
20-minutes from University de Montreal & HEC
30-minutes from downtown Montreal and McGill University and Concordia University
I can also offer some meals, English tutoring (I am a university-certified TESL teacher) and/or job search and resume coaching, (I am a retired high-tech recruiter).
