Homestay message
Hi, I am a Concordia University English teacher and I have an apartment shared by two female students. The place is warm and safe and very nicely furnished. You would share bathroom, kitchen and living room. Your bedroom is private and can be locked when you go out. The price of Cdn.$450 per month includes everything except your food and bus pass. Includes free HS Internet, free local phone, free cable TV/VCR/CD/MP3. heat and light is paid for by me. Washer and dryer in the apartment.
House is opposite a park and 5 minutes from VERY large park with bike paths and jogging paths. 3 minutes by bus to Jolicoeur or Verdun Metro stations + 10 minutes by metro to Concordia/McGill/downtown.
During the year, I arrange some cultural activities, like Sugar Shack, Thanksgiving, Horse Riding, Ottawa, Quebec city, and so on.
One large bedroom is available October 1st.
