Hello!
We have an immense double room to rent that is fully furnished* in a large and super nice 7 ½ on a quiet street with a small backyard. It is a 5 minute walk to métro Jarry and near all the commodities as well as the Jean-Talon market. We are searching for someone to stay through December at least, but we are open to other durations of time.
*Fully furnished :
-full size bed, with bedding
-dresser
-wood closet
-tv, dvd
-computer desk
-etc...
$675/month all included :
- heated, hot water, electricity
- access to a fully equipped kitchen
- washer and dryer in the appartment
- high-speed internet
- 2 friendly roommates
